1. Service provider
Easy210Spain is a managed tax filing service operated by Expat Abogados, a law firm based in Moraira, Alicante, Spain. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
2. What we provide
We provide a managed service for the preparation and filing of Form 210 (Modelo 210) with the Spanish Tax Agency (AEAT) on behalf of non-resident property owners. This includes document review, data preparation, filing, tax payment handling, and delivery of the official filing confirmation through your secure portal.
3. What we do not provide
- We do not provide general legal advice beyond the scope of Form 210
- We do not guarantee specific tax outcomes or refund amounts
- We do not file other Spanish tax forms unless separately agreed
- We do not act as a fiscal representative unless separately agreed
4. Your obligations
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Upload authentic, legible documents
- Respond to document requests within a reasonable time
- Pay the agreed service fee before filing
- Ensure any IBAN or payment details provided are correct
5. Pricing and payment
All prices listed on the website include VAT. The service fee is charged separately from the tax amount. Payment is processed via Stripe. The consultation fee (125€) includes a 50€ credit toward a future service engagement.
6. Cancellation and refunds
If you cancel before we have begun preparing your filing, the service fee will be refunded in full. Once preparation has started, the service fee is non-refundable. Tax amounts advanced on your behalf are non-refundable but may be adjusted if the final amount differs from the estimate.
7. Timeline
We aim to respond within 48–72 hours and deliver results within approximately 5–10 business days from complete documentation. Timelines may vary for complex cases. We will notify you of any delays.
8. Liability
We exercise professional diligence in preparing and filing your tax declaration. Our liability is limited to the service fee paid. We are not liable for consequences arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Alicante, Spain.
