The right service depends on your property situation. Here's how to decide:

🏠 I own property but don't rent it out

You need Imputed Income filing. This is the most common situation. Even if your property sits empty all year, Spain requires you to declare a "deemed" income. It's annual, straightforward, and costs 75€.

🔑 I rent out my property

You need Rental Income filing. Whether it's a holiday let on Airbnb, a long-term rental, or a mix — the income must be declared. EU/EEA residents can deduct expenses; non-EU residents cannot. Filing may be quarterly or annual depending on your residency.

📋 I've sold (or am selling) my property

You need Property Sale filing. This covers the capital gains declaration and the 3% retention that the buyer withholds. You may also have outstanding prior-year imputed income filings. Our legal team handles the full picture.
